In the majority of perfect circumstances, the delivery of the shipment takes between minimum 2 and maximum 4 days. The delivery pin code will determine the precise time. You will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details, including shipping and delivery estimates for each item, once you place an order and make an inquiry. You will receive a Shipment Notification email once your item has been packaged for shipping and has left the warehouse. To keep you informed about your delivery or pickup order, we also send text message updates to the phone number you have on file. To receive these notifications, simply enter your mobile number at checkout. Depending on the orders you placed, you may receive fewer or more notifications.

As soon as a courier partner has been allocated to your order, you will get a notification on SMS or email address provided with the tracking number and the courier partner’s name. You will also get an invoice on your email address with the shipment details.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
